Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Business Analyst, located in Seoul, Korea.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through intuitive storytelling and actionable reporting
Collect and analyze large and complex data sets from various internal/external sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (e.g. Channel sales data, In-market sales data, HIRA & NHIS data etc.).
Establish and maintain master data as a single source of truth to ensure consistent and reliable use across the organization
Responsible for data visualization (MS, HIRA, distributor etc. multiple view manages)
Qualifications
+3 years of experience in business analysis and market intelligence, preferably in the healthcare industry but not must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using statistical software and techniques
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Project management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team-good communication skill both in English and Korean
