Hybrid Physical Therapist - Outpatient & Homecare

STAR Physical Therapy is growing! We are looking to add a hybrid Physical Therapist (Outpatient & Homecare) who will provide homecare services in the Farmington / Lincoln area and coverage in our Farmington and Lincoln outpatient clinics.

This Hybrid Physical Therapist position would be ideal for:

• PTs looking for flexible hours with full salary and benefits
• Home visits without OASIS documentation
• Clinicians who value autonomy and control over their schedule.
• PTs who want to provide one-on-one care in a low-stress home environment as well as maintain their skills and commeraderie in an outpatient clinic environment.

• Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
• AR Physical Therapist License or eligible.
• Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
