What you'll do
This role is focused on driving client growth through strong relationships, a consultative approach and data-led insights. It suits someone who is commercially minded, confident working with stakeholders, and proactive in identifying opportunities to deliver value, improve outcomes and support long-term engagement.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers across all levels.
- Take a consultative approach to understand client needs and business goals.
- Provide strategic insights and analysis of dealer performance, identifying opportunities for growth and recommending solutions that drive ROI.
- Deliver compelling presentations and reports that influence outcomes and showcase value.
- Partner with internal teams to design and execute end-to-end client solutions.
- Track all client activity through CRM tools and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, growth, and retention targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Support clients with ongoing product updates, training, and feature adoption to maximise engagement.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in account management and B2B sales.
- Demonstrated history of sales success with consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Understanding of digital media and advertising practices.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
- Effective negotiation and influencing abilities, taking a solutions-oriented approach.
- Results-focused attitude and openness to adapting to change.
