(Job hours 11 am to 7:30pm Mon to Fri possible weekend work) Pay :$20 hourly. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them Gather and empty trash Clean laundry equipment. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Provide cleaninig preventive maintenance equipment. Move product as needed to facilitate production processes Daily equipment upkeep/safety inspections Keep production area & facilities clean and neat Perform basic routine maintenance on equipment Perform basic routine upkeep on facilities Responsible for communicating with other departments to assist with production Associate will be crossed trained in multiple areas to help as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or its equivalent Must be comfortable working around chemicals and other cleaning products Must have basic maintenance skills Must be comfortable working independently Must be self-motivated, able to complete a task to the best of her ability under little or no supervision PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds Machinery and tool operation require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats; loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted Required Competencies: Be Respectful: Value all we come in contact with Be Remarkable: Create a positive moment with every interaction Be Safe: Keep ourselves and those around us safe Be Honest: Be guided by truthfulness in all we do Benefits: Weekly pay Medical, Dental, Vision Pet, Legal, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance 401k (match) Paid Time Off Package Paid Parental Leave Tuition Reimbursement Referral Program Great company culture Collaborative team environment EOE / Drug-Free Workplace We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
