General Overview Dental Hygienist – Hastings Dental $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus • Premium Pay • Part‑Time Hours Compensation: $55/hr – $65/hr (based on experience) Sign‑On Bonus of $5,000 Schedule: Tuesday: 6:45am–5:00pm Thursday: 6:45am–5:00pm Friday: 6:45am–12:00pm Additional hours will be available as we continue to grow! You will: Review, update, and take dental X‑rays while maintaining all related equipment Meticulously document patient care through comprehensive chart notes, detailed periodontal charting, precise probing depth measurements, and thorough narrative reports for insurance claims Maintain full OSHA and HIPAA compliance Sterilize instruments and manage hygiene supplies Perform Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing Place fluoride varnish and sealants Educate patients on preventive care and the mouth–body connection Support patient and team relations as a trusted point of escalation Foster a safe, organized, and positive patient environment Every day, you’ll make a meaningful impact by helping patients achieve healthier smiles—and healthier lives.
