Role Description: Our Trips Business Unit helps people get where they want to go, anywhere in the world. Within this, the Flights team is focused on offering a wide selection of flights, great value for money and the easiest end-to-end booking experience. As Program Manager, you will lead complex cross-functional programs, governance processes and operational changes that support our Flights Growth Operations team and strategic partnership ambitions. Based in Amsterdam and reporting to the Director of Operations and Strategic Partnership, you will play a key role in helping teams align around priorities, complete effectively and deliver impact for customers, partners and the business. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Lead complex end-to-end programs from scoping and kickoff through execution, delivery and follow-up. Define clear objectives, scope, requirements, success measures and roadmaps, while actively managing dependencies across teams and functions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support prioritization, enable high-quality decision-making and ensure resources are aligned to the most important work. Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels, including leadership up to VP level. Find opportunities to improve customer, partner and business outcomes, and translate those into actionable plans and strong arguments. Support business operations processes within the Flights department, including planning, governance and change execution. Champion best practices in project and program management, driving continuous improvement in ways of working, tools and team effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives. Experience working in large-scale technology environments. Strong experience in process improvement and change management. Proven stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders up to VP level. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand key business drivers and priorities. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work proactively and find opportunities to improve how teams operate. Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple locations, including Amsterdam, Stockholm, London and Athens.
