Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage labor relations (80% of the role)
- Handle and follow up on employee relations and conflict resolution
- Apply disciplinary actions and manage employee incidents
- Interact with union representatives and employees
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor (close to operations)
- Ensure a positive work environment and provide support to different areas
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Labor Relations
- Experience in manufacturing / plant environments
Required Skills
- Strong people-oriented approach and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with regulations / certifications (ISO) is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred)
