Job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Security Operations Team consists of Security infrastructure, guard force operations, and crisis management. Our mission is to safeguard Anduril's people, assets, and operations through integrated security solutions that encompass proactive risk management, crisis preparedness, actionable threat intelligence, thorough investigations, executive protection, and 24/7 global monitoring. We are committed to anticipating and mitigating risks, responding immediately to incidents, and fostering a resilient security culture that enables Anduril to innovate and operate confidently in a dynamic global environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Anduril continues to grow and tackle complex government and defense missions, We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Global Event Security Manager to build and lead our event security function. You will be the primary focal point for all security matters related to Anduril events. Your mission is to safeguard our company's people, technology, and information at a wide range of events—from confidential internal meetings to major international defense trade shows.
This role is focused on the holistic security of the event environment, regardless of attendance. You will be the strategic mind and operational leader responsible for creating a secure bubble around our activities, ensuring the physical and informational integrity of our assets in dynamic and often high-threat environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Strategic Planning & Risk Assessment: Develop and implement a comprehensive event security strategy. Conduct detailed threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for all events and create robust security protocols and emergency response plans.
  • Intelligence & Threat Identification: Collaborate with the Counterintelligence and Threat Intelligence teams to analyze their findings and identify specific risks to event personnel, assets, and information.
  • Internal Coordination: Serve as the primary security liaison to the Events Team, coordinate with the Counterintelligence team to mitigate information security risks, liaise with the Executive Protection (EP) team for seamless integration, and partner with regional Physical Security teams.
  • Operational Management & Execution: Lead all on-site security operations, design and manage access control and credentialing, ensure the secure handling of sensitive equipment (CUI), and provide pre-event security briefings to all staff.
  • Vendor Management & Compliance: Source, vet, and manage contracts with third-party security vendors. Ensure all operations are in strict compliance with ITAR, EAR, and other government regulations.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Conduct thorough after-action reviews and create detailed post-event reports to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Travel: This position will require 30%-60% travel

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Security Management, Criminal Justice, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in a security management role with a background in corporate security (defense/aerospace), federal law enforcement (FBI, DSS, Secret Service), or Military (Special Operations, Police, Intelligence).
  • Demonstrated experience planning and leading security for high-risk, high-visibility events.
  • Strong understanding of event security principles, risk assessment, and crisis management. Familiarity with executive protection protocols is required for effective coordination.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. government regulations, including ITAR and procedures for protecting CUI.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (30-60%), both domestically and internationally.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
