Job Description Summary
The position is responsible for managing MyHR queries and supporting apprentice and intern operations. The role ensures timely ticket resolution, accurate data validation, effective communication with employees, and compliance with HR processes and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign, monitor, and manage MyHR, HRSS, and FTR tickets to ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
- Resolve employee queries related to PF, personal information updates, and HR process clarifications.
- Manage apprentice and intern lifecycle activities including onboarding and query support.
- Coordinate completion of missing Form 11 details for new joiners.
- Send communication emails to new joiners for updating Personal Information (PI).
- Connect with new joiners via Teams chat or calls to resolve errors or respond to queries.
- Update and maintain the Data Validation Tracker accurately.
- Follow up via email or Teams with employees for pending updates and missing information.
- Support ad-hoc operational activities including meetings and team requests.
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation completeness, and process compliance across MyHR operations.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, MyHR Query Management, or Shared Services environment (Preferred)
