Job Description Summary

The position is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee exit and offboarding process. The role ensures timely execution of exit activities, accurate documentation, compliance with policies, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee exit and offboarding process in line with company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee exit queries and stakeholder coordination.
  • Track daily exit cases from Workday and update exit, relieving and F&F trackers.
  • Send employee relieving notifications and offboarding process communication emails.
  • Handle early exits, one-day exits and notice period waiver or recovery cases.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain and track exit clearances and approvals.
  • Prepare and issue relieving letters, experience letters and other exit-related HR letters.
  • Raise and track RITM tickets for system access termination or reactivation.
  • Prepare and share Full & Final settlement inputs and support payroll processing.
  • Prepare reports and provide operational support including accruals and stakeholder communications.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Preferred)

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Exit / Offboarding management (Preferred)
