Team Overview

The Human Resources organization at TransUnion partners with leaders and teams across the enterprise to attract, develop, and retain talent; strengthen culture and engagement; and ensure a consistent, high‑performing employee experience globally. The team works closely with enterprise leadership and cross‑functional partners to align people strategy with business priorities, and drive organizational effectiveness, and long‑term value creation. This role reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of three days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

This role exists to maximize the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer’s effectiveness by managing complexity, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless execution of CHRO priorities in a fastpaced, global environment. 

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, enabling effective day-to-day execution and coordination of priorities. 

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. 

  • Proactively manage a complex, high-volume calendar, including prioritization, scheduling, and coordination across multiple time zones. 

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and adjustments to support changing schedules. 

  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and follow-ups to support effective decision-making. 

  • Support the preparation and formatting of presentations and communications for senior leadership and Board audiences. 

  • Track key action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings to support timely execution. 

  • Assist in planning and coordinating HR leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, and other team events. 

  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and vendor coordination accurately and in a timely manner. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Communications, IT) to coordinate activities and ensure smooth execution of priorities. 

  • Partner with the executive assistant community to set standards for executive support, while orchestrating work and providing daytoday guidance and mentorship to junior HR and administrative talent. 

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting EVP or Csuite executive/s within a global, public company, enabling the ability to manage scale, complexity, and executivelevel expectations effectively.

  • Expertise in managing complex, travelheavy schedules across domestic and international regions, enabling seamless coordination across time zones.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, tailor messages to different audiences, and maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions. 

  • Demonstrates a consistently polished, professional presence with strong attention to detail in all interactions and deliverables. 

  • Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information with trust, discretion, and sound independent judgment. 

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, exercise sound judgment, and adapt in a fastpaced environment. 

  • Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify issues early, and take initiative to ensure smooth execution. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and coordinate seamlessly across stakeholders at all levels. 

 

Required Technical Skills  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot to support executive scheduling, communications, and presentations. 

  • Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur) for accurate and timely expense reporting. 

  • Experience leveraging AIenabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity and quality of work. 

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
