Job description

Who Are We?

Welltech is a global wellness technology company with Ukrainian roots. Our mission is to build and scale wellness apps globally through state-of-the-art, tech-driven performance marketing.

We are one of the most established players in the wellness app space, and we are accelerating. Over 25.5 million people across the world use our apps — Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit — to build healthier habits, move more, and feel better every day. Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously.

With 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Junior Motion Designer to join our Creative Production team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to master the future of video production — combining classic motion design with cutting-edge AI generation and workflow automation.

You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team, video producers, and other creators to build high-impact, performance-driven video ads for global scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Assisted Video Production: Generate, refine, and integrate AI video, voice, and image assets into high-converting video ads for Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Smart Iteration & Scaling: Adapt, version, and optimize creative concepts based on performance data and platform-specific trends (hook, pacing, platform native feel).
  • Asset Assembly & Motion: Assemble final creatives using modern workflows — focusing on strong narrative pacing, dynamic text layouts, and clean compositing.
  • Collaborative Brainstorming: Contribute ideas for new ad angles, concepts, and technical approaches to video testing.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest updates in AI video tools, motion techniques, and performance marketing trends to keep our production pipeline ahead of the curve.

Required Skills

  • A portfolio showcasing motion work, video editing skills, and a solid understanding of visual pacing, typography, and contrast.
  • Practical knowledge of Adobe After Effects (working with keys, shapes, masks, and basic expressions).
  • Experience with Figma (navigating source files, exporting assets, and understanding design layouts).
  • An open-minded approach to feedback: you see data insights and team critiques as a roadmap to making higher-performing creatives.
  • Highly organized, eager to learn, and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience or strong interest in AI video generation & dubbing tools (Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, GPT Image 2, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of video automation in After Effects (using expressions, MOGRTs, or templates to save time on routine tasks).
  • Understanding of basic performance marketing metrics (what a "hook" is and why the first 3 seconds of a video matter).
  • Ability to read documentation and use English interfaces comfortably.
