Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our commercial HVAC project business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling comprehensive HVAC solutions, including design-build projects, system retrofits, replacements, and energy-efficiency upgrades.
You will work closely with clients to assess their operational needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance system performance, occupant comfort, and long-term efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with commercial clients, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Identify and develop opportunities for upgrades, replacements, and new HVAC system installations
- Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining project scope, cost, and schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up to date on market trends, energy regulations, and emerging HVAC technologies
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals and support overall business growth
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, products, and applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and timelines effectively
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
