Functions & Responsibilities Identify / establish new customer relationships Review call plans of the team Identify market opportunities and potential Hubs Sell banks products and services to retail customers Oversee the process of identifying customer needs and proactively seek to provide products/ services to meet their anticipated needs Prepare management reports carry out market research on the retail business Training direct reports of banks products and services Set / define goals and targets and ensure they are achieved Identify and make market presentations to market clusters Monitor and evaluate performance of the Team Lead Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Head
Excellent customer relationship development/management Advance selling skills Knowledge and understanding of Nigerian Retail market Basic Banking Operations (Domestic & International Operations) Products Knowledge Environmental / Industry analysis Supervisory Skills Leadership / Supervisory Team building / conflict management Organization & coordination General managerial / administration Generic Skills Interpersonal skills Professional Requirements First degree in any Business-related discipline A Masters and/or other professional qualification Minimum Experience 8 - 10 years relevant experience. At least 3 - 5 years in management position and marketing units
