You will be:

  • defining and driving the product and technical strategy for a developer-focused platform,
  • owning and contributing to platform architecture and shaping scalable technical solutions,
  • translating complex infrastructure concepts into intuitive developer workflows and experiences,
  • collaborating closely with engineering teams to make architecture-informed product decisions,
  • contributing hands-on to technical solutions, coding activities, and code reviews,
  • validating ideas and features from both technical and business perspectives,
  • acting as a bridge between product, engineering, and stakeholders,
  • supporting engineers through mentoring, guidance, and technical leadership,
  • driving fast delivery and continuous iteration within a rapidly evolving environment.

Your profile:

  • strong experience as a Technical Product Owner, Tech Lead, or similar hybrid technical role,
  • hands-on software engineering background with strong technical expertise,
  • proven experience building or scaling developer platforms, cloud platforms, CI/CD solutions, or developer tools,
  • solid understanding of distributed systems, system architecture, and end-to-end application flows,
  • strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS,
  • hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines,
  • experience influencing or owning architecture decisions,
  • ability to work effectively in fast-changing environments with evolving requirements,
  • strong product mindset with the ability to evaluate ideas and balance technical and business needs,
  • experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and guiding technical decisions,
  • strong understanding of code quality practices and experience performing code reviews,
  • high level of ownership, autonomy, and decision-making capabilities,
  • good command of English (B2–C2),
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
  • interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches,
  • hands-on experience with TypeScript, NestJS, Terraform, Helm, or Docker,
  • familiarity with observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry),
  • experience with internal developer platforms or platform engineering practices,
  • understanding of platform design trade-offs and scalable system architecture,
  • familiarity with usage-based SaaS models, developer tools, APIs, or high-performance environments.
