Bartender - Urbano Mexican Fare

Bartenders mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff. Full / Part-time Client and Customer Satisfaction/Relations Serve clients with a pleasant attitude. Provide a clean environment and pleasant dining experience. Primary Duties/Responsibilities Provide timely service to all clients. Comply with all safety and food handling procedures and regulations. Ensure serving containers are full using the First In, First Out (FIFO) technique. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws. Keep bar clean and clutter free Financial Eliminate waste wherever possible.
