The Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) interacts with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.

This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor located in Germany and is part of the Central Europe Customer Service Team. The work place is in our office in Warsaw/Poland. The position covers German and Central European customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• process and manage sales orders and amendments for Central Europe (CE)
• provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries
• correspondence with international Pall manufacturing plants and documentation in German and English language

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Fluent in German and good English skills
• Commercial Education or similar
• Thorough understanding of Enterprise Systems

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Literacy in SAP S4Hana applications (modules SD, MM)
• MS Office 365 and Outlook skills
• Working experience in field of inside sales and / or customer Service of complex goods
