A Day in the Life
We are seeking an Associate Regulatory Assessment Change (RAC) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support the evaluation and implementation of regulatory changes within the organization, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all relevant processes. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop their expertise in regulatory affairs within a collaborative, international environmentResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Assess and provide feedback whether there is an impact of Regulatory Assessment Change
- Follow up with Operating Units and RACs originators to clarify change information (if needed)
- Team work with another Specialist or Assoc. Reg Ops Specialist
- Ensure regulatory efficiency by maximizing the team's efforts, ensuring the execution of regulatory strategies that will impact the entire RA function
- Keep track of daily activities in the assigned tool
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Prior experience is not required
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- A high level of proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and multicultural environments, utilizing a variety of systems
- Excellent communication abilities and professional maturity demonstrated, particularly in interpersonal and collaborative settings
