岗位职责:
1、支持CBEC供应链团队和其他部门合作以合理的库存和成本来实现稳定的供应并达成目标订单满足率。
(1)按照日、周、月的标准工作流程,追踪产品的供应计划, 并向上级报告供应计划风险以及制定规避风险计划, 最终达成目标订单满足率;
(2)与工厂一起提高供应的反应速度;
(3)支持每月商业核心流程的执行,汇总数据支持团队在核心商业流程的机制中及时反馈。
2、支持CBEC供应链团队与商业和端到端的供应链团队合作,推动流程的改进和KPI的提高。
(1)协调第三方物流商,香港供应链团队以及全球供应链团队来确保跨境电商的进口订单的按时到达并推动运输时效的持续改进;
(2)理顺跨境电商的进口流程并提高进口文件的准确性以及订单按时满足率;协调国外仓库和物流团队来解决运输出现的问题并推动持续改进;
(3)与各部门协作,理顺跨境电商的订单流程并推动CBEC KPI 达成。
3、库存管理
(1)充分理解影响计划的主要因素(采购交货周期,计划周期,供应稳定性,预测波动性,客户服务目标等),以及营运资金的目标和端对端的计划流程;
(2)定期与团队回顾库存并支持库存优化;
(3)及时反馈近效期库存情况,分析其原因并且推动清货计划避免报废。
4、系统管理
(1)确保在APO,JDE等系统里供应相关主数据的准确性;
(2)和IT一起解决供应系统相关的问题确保供应数据的准确;
(3)为产品新编码的建立及系统参数维护提供支持。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历;
2、5年以上端到端供应链经验,熟悉供应链运转及操作;
3、熟悉SAP系统;
4、较强的数据处理和数据分析的能力;
5、强烈的责任心以及主人翁意识。良好的沟通,协作能力。快速学习能力以及推动持续改善的能力。
