Job description
Your daily tasks:
- Leading a team of Project Managers.
- Leading the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Being the primary entry point for new initiatives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and maintain the product identity, positioning, and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Overseeing the creative development of promotional materials, ensuring they align with the product vision and resonate with players.
- Working closely with the Dev Team to identify key in-game events and product updates, translating them into actionable marketing roadmaps.
- Overseeing external production and collaborating with agencies from both creative and production perspectives.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles and optimize delivery.
- Identifying and escalating systemic process problems that require cross-team or leadership-level decisions.
4+ years of experience in managing marketing projects.
Experience coordinating cross-discipline teams.
Experience in team management.
Deep understanding of the gaming industry & gaming trends, as well as target audience preferences.
Experience developing and implementing marketing/brand campaigns.
Experience working with briefs and stakeholders presenting product ideas, campaigns, and their results.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Very good command of English.
