Production Control Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
About the Role
This role is critical to keeping our lab operations running smoothly ensuring samples are accurately tracked, prioritized, and processed so our analysts and scientists can deliver timely, high-quality data to clients.
What You’ll Do
- Track, label, store, and ship client samples with high accuracy and full traceability
- Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks to keep work moving
- Coordinate with scientists, engineers, and operations teams
- Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Follow established procedures and maintain organized records
- Support cross-functional teams, including occasional courier duties
This position works with companies that deal with defense-related activities and is subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). All considered applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR:
- U.S. Citizen
- U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”)

Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, inventory control, lab operations, or production coordination preferred
- Understanding of workflow, lead times, and prioritization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

Compensation is aligned with market standards for the region and tailored to individual qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift to 10 lbs.
- Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment.
- Ability to use a telephone, access file cabinets, receive and ship customer products
- Ability to sit for periods of time
- Ability to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting
- Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)
