Our team is hiring! HelloKindred is looking for a Global Staffing Management Lead to drive the growth, development, and operational excellence of the global staffing management function. This role is responsible for shaping and enhancing staffing strategies to align with evolving business goals, associate expectations, and client requirements. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Staffing Management team while fostering collaboration across departments, client accounts, and associate networks globally.

The role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience managing global teams, building strong client and associate relationships, optimizing staffing processes, and driving operational improvements within a fast-paced corporate environment.

What you will do:

Leadership and Team Management

  • Define and build short and long-term strategies for the staffing placement function using survey results, focus groups, and capacity requirements.
  • Establish team structures, including the division of staffed associates and clients across the team.
  • Develop and implement process flows to ensure consistency across client accounts.
  • Foster communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the Staffing Management team.
  • Resolve team conflicts and support a productive team environment.
  • Ensure effective workload planning and prioritization across team members.

Associate Support and Management

  • Ensure accurate capture of associate information within the appropriate information management systems.
  • Collaborate with associates and Staffing Managers to resolve client, collaborator, performance, and conflict-related issues.
  • Deliver client feedback to associates and support the development of action plans to address concerns.
  • Build trusted relationships with associates and provide impartial support and guidance.
  • Identify training requirements across the associate workforce and partner with People Operations to facilitate training initiatives.
  • Manage associate rewards and recognition initiatives, including celebrations, support during crises, and recognition of achievements.
  • Address associate queries relating to systems, processes, and procedural changes.

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients where associates are placed.
  • Gather client feedback to support associate performance management and expectation alignment.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between associates and clients, escalating where necessary.
  • Review associate hours and actively manage client budgets and expectations.
  • Negotiate program renewals and change requests for placed associates.
  • Share relevant client and operational knowledge with account direction and other service lines.
  • Drive onboarding processes for new clients, including pre and post-engagement workflows and implementation across divisions.
  • Define and manage engagement strategies for both small and large client groups, including town halls and community touchpoints to support organizational culture alignment.

Communication and Community

  • Manage communication flow to staffed associates while maintaining a strong focus on associate experience.
  • Leverage associate relationships to encourage collaboration, networking, knowledge sharing, and community engagement across client accounts.

Business Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement systems, processes, and procedures impacting associates and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and support the delivery of strategic projects and new service initiatives.
  • Review associate metrics and operational data to support business strategy, planning, and decision-making.

 

  • University degree required.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and communication roles.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a supervisory role managing teams, mentoring employees, and providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience within a global corporate environment with exposure to contracting relationships.
  • Proven experience developing project plans and managing project execution.
  • Extensive experience managing key stakeholder and client relationships within complex business environments.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities with a logical and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Sound decision-making and judgment skills with the ability to make fact-based decisions.
  • Strong global awareness with the ability to work effectively across cultures and international teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and optimize processes.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership for individual and team performance.
  • Adaptable and capable of working effectively across diverse situations, teams, and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated intrapreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation, generate ideas, and support business growth.
  • Commitment to quality and delivering an exceptional associate experience that strengthens brand reputation and workforce excellence.
