The role Collection Specialist - LATAM SoftwareOne Scope: Full Time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid Model Are you interested in working in a dynamic environment, managing collections processes at a regional level? Do you have experience in corporate collections and feel comfortable interacting with clients across different countries? Are you motivated by optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement? If so, this opportunity may be for you. We are looking for a Collection Specialist LATAM to manage accounts receivable processes across multiple countries in the region, ensuring timely cash collection, policy compliance, and effective client communication. This role is part of a Shared Services (FSSC) model focused on standardization, automation, and service excellence. What you'll do Manage corporate collections processes for clients across Latin America, including portfolio follow-up, aging analysis, and recovery strategies. Communicate directly with clients for negotiation, dispute resolution, and effective payment management. Manage accounts across multiple LATAM countries, considering local tax requirements (VAT, withholdings, etc.). Use ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting. Identify process improvement opportunities and support the team with escalations and issue resolution. What we need to see from you Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in corporate collections and accounts receivable management. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Excel, and strong knowledge of collections processes, aging analysis, dispute resolution, and portfolio management. Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and a customer-oriented mindset. Advanced English proficiency. Why join our team?
