Retail Media Advertising Manager Marketplace (m/f/d)

About your tasks:

• You will own and grow strategic marketplace accounts, driving revenue through consultative selling, advanced pitching and strong conversion.
• You will develop insight-driven campaign concepts and proposals that connect seller goals with market dynamics and retail media opportunities.
• You will lead complex client presentations, translating data and trends into compelling value propositions that increase investment.
• You will define and scale best practices for pitching, proposal building and conversion across markets.
• You will partner closely with Campaign Management, Marketplace Sales, Ad Tech & Product and Customer Success to turn sold concepts into strong execution.

About you:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in marketplace, retail media, digital advertising or sales roles with strong revenue responsibility.
• You have a strong track record in strategic account management and influencing client investment decisions.
• You are confident in pitching, storytelling and senior stakeholder presentations.
• You combine commercial ownership, analytical thinking and a proactive mindset to turn opportunities into measurable revenue impact.
