We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Lead, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance team at Headout in Bengaluru. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving financial visibility, business performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

You’ll own core FP&A processes including MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives. You’ll also partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, enhance reporting automation, and generate actionable insights that influence business decisions at scale.

This role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city.

• You’re Tech-Savvy. You’re comfortable working with AI-powered tools and modern technologies to improve workflows and efficiency. You have excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and familiarity with SQL or automation tools is a strong advantage.

• You’re Qualified. You’re a Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, business finance, or related finance functions.
