Job Description Role Overview We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive intern to support our Talent Acquisition team across employer branding, recruiting operations, and team enablement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, storytelling, organizing information in a structured manner, and working with modern productivity and design tools. You’ll get exposure to how a global Talent Acquisition organization operates while supporting projects that improve recruiter enablement, communication, and candidate engagement. What You’ll Do Employer Branding & Content Support Support the creation of LinkedIn content, hiring campaign materials, employee spotlights, and recruitment branding initiatives. Collaborate with recruiters and new employees to help create engaging content such as onboarding stories, team highlights, short videos, and workplace posts. Assist in creating presentations, visuals, and communication materials for recruitment and campus hiring initiatives. Explore modern content creation and AI tools to support employer branding activities. Recruitment Operations & Team Enablement Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing and maintaining recruiting-related documentation and process materials. Assist in creating structured and easy-to-understand guides, checklists, presentations, and reference materials for internal recruiting workflows. Work closely with recruiters and TA leaders to support documentation related to hiring processes, interview coordination, referral programs, onboarding workflows, and recruiting systems. Help maintain internal knowledge repositories and improve accessibility of recruiting information for the broader team. Support the creation of simple walkthrough content or process support materials for recruiting tools and workflows. What We’re Looking For Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field. Strong written communication and content organization skills. Interest in employer branding, recruiting operations, content creation, or HR technology. Comfortable working with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Notion, Loom, CapCut, or similar platforms. Ability to present information in a clean, structured, and visually engaging format. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Prior internship or project experience in content creation, social media, branding, or HR is a plus.
