Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead global clinical programs across indications, ensuring delivery aligned with regulatory and market access needs
Drive clinical strategy and execution through an endorsed clinical development plan aligned to target product profile
Lead and inspire global clinical teams, building collaboration, pace, and accountability across a matrix environment
Own program-level benefit-risk assessment, maintaining strong patient focus and scientific integrity throughout development
Oversee design and delivery of clinical trials, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution against milestones
Lead development of key clinical and regulatory documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment
Represent Clinical Development in governance and external engagements, including interactions with regulators and experts
Essential Requirements
MD or equivalent (preferred), PhD, or PharmD degree required. Experience and background in Neuroscience, Gene Therapy, Neuromuscular, Neurodegeneration and/or Movement disorders is essential for this position.
Extensive expertise in clinical trial design, regulatory expectations, and global development strategy
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in complex matrix settings
Deep understanding of benefit-risk assessment and patient safety considerations in clinical development
Demonstrated experience engaging external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and scientific experts
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills to drive clarity and momentum globally
