What You’ll Do
Act as the senior IT partner to India business leadership, aligning IT strategy with business priorities.
Serve as the primary IT interface for local stakeholders and advocate for India within global IT.
Translate local needs into clear, executable global actions with strong escalation ownership.
Own overall IT service delivery, operational excellence, and site readiness across India.
Ensure high satisfaction with IT systems, infrastructure, and services.
Represent India in global IT governance, planning, and prioritization forums.
Manage country-level IT demand and budgets as the voice of the customer.
Lead IT engagement, morale, and cultural alignment across the India organization.
Support career paths, capability development, succession planning, and leadership readiness.
Influence outcomes through matrix leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Act as a change leader, improving clarity, accountability, and execution in a distributed environment.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of senior IT leadership experience in large, global enterprises.
Proven ability to influence outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience leading business applications, IT programs, or large-scale IT operations.
Strong partnership skills with executive and senior business leaders.
Solid business and financial acumen with strong operational execution capability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and geographies.
Sound judgment to elevate critical business issues and manage complexity effectively.
Experience in global, multicultural environments with willingness to travel internationally.
