We have an open vacancy for a Procurement Specialist. 📍 Working Model: Hybrid 🖋️ Reporting to: Procurement Manager 🎯Main Responsibilities Performs market research Selects and negotiates with the preferred vendors Evaluates bids & offers Processes suppliers’ orders Makes follow up on ordered equipment deliveries Checks and processes suppliers’ invoices; resolves issues concerning price disputes Produces and maintains procurement reports for Budget and KPIs of Procurement Team Control and Audit Budget Forecast of Purchases for all team Evaluates & Qualifies Suppliers Conduct drafts, reviews, monitors, controls and files suppliers’ contracts 🕵 What we are looking for BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance will be considered an asset At least 3 years of progressive experience in the field of procurement and contracts’ management is a must Excellent knowledge of the English language Competency with MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, Power BI, Automations) Familiarity with ERPs.
