We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Executive with our awesome team in Melbourne.
The role:
As a Client Executive, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of integrated media campaigns for a major national retail client.
Working closely with the Senior Client Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting client relationships and the managing campaigns end-to-end. You’ll also mentor a Client Associate, helping build team capability while developing your own planning, commercial and leadership skills.
Core responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from briefing through to post-campaign analysis
Support the Client Manager in their day-to-day client contact
Oversee campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and manage reporting
Mentor and guide the Client Associate, ensuring quality output and strong operational delivery
A bit about you:
Strong foundational media skills, primarily in offline channels – OOH and radio, exposure to TV is a bonus
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines – time management is crucial
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turning insights into action
Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
A collaborative team player with emerging leadership and mentoring capability
Experience & Qualifications
1–3 years’ experience in a media agency or media publisher environment with hands-on campaign delivery
Strong understanding of Australian media landscape and research tools (e.g. Roy Morgan, OzTAM, Nielsen)
Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or a related discipline
