Job description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide business development capability to penetrate in current channels and extend to new channels/partners.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with TPA and manage the TPA KPI and SLA – along with being the Contract Manager for TPA.
  • Develop and manage preferred provider network (where applicable)
  • Develop and manage hospital payments (where applicable)
  • Conduct analysis of the diagnosis and aliment alignment and treatment duration – ensuring best treatment
  • Evaluate the health business performance and provide initiatives to maximize business reach and potential.
  • Become a subject matter expert on medical products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
  • Work with Product, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Data Analytics to gather and validate intelligence
  • Liaise with MOVE to onboard relevant and meaningful services/partners onto health ecosystem


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales, client management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for prospect partners, clients (external and internal)
