As part of our company’s growth, Arrow Component is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Credit Analyst.
About the Role
As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating customer creditworthiness, managing credit exposure, and supporting effective credit and collection processes
Key Responsibilities include:
Review and analyze credit information for new and existing customer accounts to assess financial health and recommend appropriate credit limits.
Conduct detailed credit analysis to identify risks and opportunities, including accounts eligible for credit line increases and accounts requiring closer monitoring.
Assess and report on customer risk, providing recommendations on risk mitigation strategies and alternative financing solutions.
Manage aspects of credit and collection, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding receivables.
Exercise credit authority for larger accounts where applicable.
Develop, maintain, and enhance internal credit tools such as risk models, projection models, and customer credit scoring systems.
Review and resolve customer credit issues, working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders.
Review and release pending sales orders in line with credit policies.
Coordinate communication with customers and internal teams regarding credit matters.
Support onboarding of new Sales and Operations employees by explaining Financial Services processes, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to (accounts receivable management) activities where needed.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong financial acumen and a proactive approach to credit risk and collections.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent Communication skills in English
2 to 4 years of experience in credit analysis, credit management, or accounts receivable.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
Solid understanding of credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP tools.
Familiarity with credit management practices is a strong plus.
Ability to analyze complex data and make sound credit decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and other departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
