  • What we require
  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the telecom industry.
  • Proven experience managing multiple offshore vendor teams to ensure on-time, quality project delivery.
  • Strong ability to provide coaching and clarification throughout all testing phases.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, bug lifecycle, and quality assurance processes.
  • Full ownership of projects from requirements grooming through production delivery.
  • Expertise in developing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive test cases and scripts.
  • Strong capability in understanding project requirements, test planning, and test execution.
  • Proficiency in conducting demos and presenting test artifacts and knowledge transfer to business and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (Octane, ALM).
  • Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP).
  • Experience with test data analysis using logging tools (Splunk, Datadog).
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (JIRA).
