Part-time Customer Service Representative

Mom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is in hyper-growth mode. The Part-time Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. We are a mission driven company that invites you to be a part of our family with onsite opportunities at our Ankeny, IA or Des Moines, IA office. The starting wage is $17.00/hour ($18.00/hour for bilingual representatives) with weekly pay. This is an in-office position, and standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 10:30am-2:30pm (20-29 hours/week). This position requires 3 weeks of full-time onsite training, Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm.
