Associate Business Controller

We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate Business Controller to join our dynamic

Finance team. The ideal candidate will support the Business Controller in management reporting

(MIS), budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role also includes cross-functional

collaboration and the use of digital tools for automation, insights, and enhanced decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Financial Controlling

• Assist in month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

B. Cross-Functional Engagement

• Collaborate with business teams and finance stakeholders on annual budgets, quarterly

forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. forecast/budget/previous year) and provide insightful

commentary.

• Contribute to ongoing and new finance transformation projects.
• Continuously drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and efficiency.
• Support local finance projects by developing financial models for various business segments.

C. Business Analysis & Automation

• Assist in the preparation and automation of periodic MIS reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Create high-impact dashboards, financial reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to the business.
• Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and Generative AI to automate and enhance

reporting.

• Manage structured business databases for quick turnaround on ad hoc analysis.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and Generative AI tools is highly

preferred.

• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• A self-starter with a learning mindset and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
