Senior Agile Delivery Manager

As Reward Gateway | Edenred continues to scale globally, we are expanding our Delivery function to support a growing portfolio of cloud‑based, high‑availability SaaS products. With a significant number of engineering squads operating across regions, we are looking for a high‑impact Senior Agile Delivery Manager who thrives in complex engineering environments and can bring clarity, structure, and predictability to multi‑team delivery.

This is a high‑ownership, hands‑on individual contributor role . You will directly own delivery for 3–4 engineering squads , working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and fellow Agile Delivery Managers to ensure seamless delivery across features, platform initiatives, technical debt, and incidents.
