We Are Rosie is seeking an experienced Amazon Retail Media Specialist to support a fast-growing digital marketing agency partner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on execution environment while also feeling comfortable collaborating directly with clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings deep Amazon advertising expertise, strong performance marketing fundamentals, and the ability to move seamlessly between tactical campaign management and strategic conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP

  • Execute campaign builds, bid adjustments, keyword strategy, audience targeting, and ongoing performance optimizations

  • Monitor pacing, budgets, and key performance metrics to ensure campaign success and efficiency

  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations

  • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, creative, and client service teams to support integrated media initiatives

  • Participate in client-facing conversations, including performance updates and strategic discussions

  • Stay current on Amazon platform updates, retail media trends, and evolving best practices

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on Amazon Advertising experience

  • Proven experience managing campaigns directly within Amazon Ads Console

  • Strong understanding of retail media and performance marketing best practices

  • Comfortable balancing both tactical execution and client communication

  • Experience working within a fast-paced agency or full-service environment preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon DSP

  • Experience across additional retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect, Instacart, or Roundel

  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools including Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms

  • Based in or near New York or Dallas
