Job description

This role leads and delivers the entire Three Mobile P&L performance across PAYM, SIMO PAYG and MBB, driving oversight and accountability for revenue, margin, and cost control across all lines of business. It identifies risks and opportunities, influences senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and ensures delivery of commercial outcomes through rigorous governance and strategic interventions. 

What you’ll do

  • Management of end-to-end P&L performance across all revenue streams and cost drivers for current and future financial years delivering c£1.2billion per annum 
  • Execute delivery and presentation of Three Mobile’s annual budget and quarterly reforecasts. 
  • Manage the Risks & Opportunities process to mitigate risk and unlock growth opportunities. 
  • Monitor cost drivers and leakage trends, actively identifying, designing and implementing corrective actions. 
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and performance reporting across all P&L components. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in commercial governance and reporting processes. 
  • Provide input into business cases and investment decisions. 
  • Deliver high-quality PIRs for major commercial initiatives.

Who you are 

  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
  • Strong ability to present and influence at senior levels. 
  • Advanced commercial modelling  
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement.
