As a Senior Production Scheduler, you will be at the heart of production planning—ensuring the right resources, materials, and priorities align to deliver high-quality products on time and at scale.
In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize production flow, reduce inefficiencies, and respond proactively to shifting demands. Your expertise will directly impact performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency, while positioning you as a key contributor to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
Develop and manage production schedules across multiple manufacturing lines
Use APS and ERP systems to optimize scheduling and monitor execution
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, sales, and quality teams
Adjust schedules in response to disruptions and changing priorities
Track performance using KPIs for adherence and resource utilization
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma
Mentor team members and share best practices in scheduling
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling
Strong expertise in APS tools and ERP systems (SAP highly desirable)
Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus
