Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with operations teams, providing guidance, driving initiatives, and ensuring safety remains at the heart of everything we do. How you'll make an impact
Support teams and supervisors in achieving strong HSSE performance
Ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory standards
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and walkthroughs
Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis
Track and follow up on corrective actions
Promote safety awareness through training and campaigns
Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers
Recommend improvements to strengthen HSSE programs
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field preferred; or relevant experience (2+ years HSSE or 5+ years in manufacturing with safety involvement)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
Willingness to work 3rd shift (11:30 PM – 7:30 AM) and travel up to 10%
HSE certifications or bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
