Job description

Manage quality activities during the development and industrialization of a new propulsion Family Program , to ensure that Quality requirements are met on a worldwide scale

Mission :

  • Check Quality methodology application and contribute to a continuous improvement
  • Define the Quality path to reach Quality Objectives From CX, manage the action plan and provide the forcast .
  • Consolidate the milestone Quality Process and deliverables ( Issues , Risk, Tracability..) From preliminary Phase up to SOP
  • Ensure that quality organization is put in place and Act as conduit for the Quality core teams .
  • Ensure relation ship with all stakeholders
  • Ensure the achievement of Quality target Of secondary luanches/application by Evaluation the outcome of the design process and writing the secondary luanch quality assessment
  • Guarantee that there is no impact on quality during product or process changes , ater mass production by ensuring the quality of product and process Evolution Milestones ( For Serial Life)
  • Report Towards Chief Engineer
  • Establish Quality project KPI book
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a quality-related role.
  • Quality Engineering Expertise with strong command of quality tools and methodologies 
  • Proficiency in PLM systems and solid skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, KPI tracking).
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and optimize processes.
  • Strong Communication Skills in French and English (written and spoken).
