Job description

Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking to fill an administrative support position for its HR/Payroll/Safety department located in Huntsville, AL. The Administrative Support I position will help manage the reception area, assist in payroll processing, and perform various administrative tasks in North Alabama. Candidates must be motivated, safety conscious individuals with good multi-tasking skills to help manage a variety of administrative related tasks. Must be able to perform duties in accordance with established procedures, requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data. Must be able to maintain confidentiality with employee information. Must be willing to work flexible hours and possibly overtime while maintaining excellent attendance.
