Spa Supervisor

Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Spa Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently deliver professional, engaging, and gracious service
• Oversee day-to-day Spa operations, ensuring all service and brand standards are upheld
• Complete monthly reporting, including retail audits and performance tracking
• Support and administer payroll processing as assigned
• Ensure team members are well-trained across all Spa operations, including treatment knowledge, retail, and room readiness
• Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs with efficiency and care
• Uphold all departmental policies, procedures, and luxury service standards
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Experience within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is an asset
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field considered an asset
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Highly reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with a positive and supportive approach
• Guest-focused, with the ability to remain calm, composed, and courteous at all times

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Starting hourly wage: $21.43/hr
