Job description
The Argent Biodiesel production will be further expanded this year due to commissioning of new Biodiesel plant on our site in Amsterdam, which will double group production capacity. Our Supply Chain department needs to be strengthen. We are looking for a temporary replacement a: Master Planner Fulltime based in Amsterdam (maternity leave replacement) Main purpose of the job: Execute and improve the S&OP cycle, consolidating inputs from Sales, Operations and Logistics into a feasible mid/long-term plan. Draft scenarios and recommendations, drive alignment, and secure timely approval to enable reliable production, inventory and delivery performance. Anticipate, monitor, and maintain inventory levels across all production units and storage locations through the S&OP process. About the job Execute and improve S&OP cycle. Prepare mid/long term planning for all sites within the group in a strategic manner aligned with the commercial team. Prepare and publish forecasting, delivery and production schedules across all sites, balancing customer demand with capacity restrictions. Liaise with local supply chain planners on plans and support execution on local operations sites. Planning and prioritizing operations to optimise performance. Collaborate and effectively communicate within the Supply Chain to make key decisions and prioritise supply issues in a timely, cost effective manner. Coordinating production workflow and inventory for multiple products (Feedstock) ensuring quality, regulatory and auditing demands are always complied with. Optimising efficiencies while demonstrating best practice. Identify future capacity risks and work with relevant internal teams to mitigate risks.
