Senior Systems Engineer

Position Title: Senior Systems Engineer Location: Chantilly, VA Clearance: Active TS/SCI Required U.S. Citizenship required OMNI is seeking Senior Systems Engineer to provide SETA (Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance) supports to a high-visibility government program developing next-generation space-based sensing and radar capabilities. This role supports government leadership with technical assessments, systems engineering, integration, and mission execution across the full program lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Provide independent technical assessments of contractor designs, architectures, and system performance Support systems engineering activities including requirements, integration, test, verification, and operations Evaluate radar, RF payload, and mission system performance Support MBSE and digital engineering efforts using tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw Participate in design reviews, integration/test campaigns, and readiness assessments Identify technical risks and provide recommendations to government leadership Develop briefings and decision support materials for senior stakeholders
