JOB DUTIES:
- Manage and train team
- Oversee maintenance services
- Ensure legal compliance
- Budget and financial management
- Lead/facilitate staff meetings
- Prompt facilities resolution
- Data analysis and reporting
- Project collaboration
- Oversee department budget
- ESG Projects
- Experience in administration of security and cleaning services
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanics or related professional career
- English Advanced (mandatory)
- +5 years of experience as Manager position
- Experience in audits of asset security systems, quality systems, and environmental systems.
- Experience in launching new operations. Legal requirements for new building construction from scratch and modifications to existing buildings
- Structural analysis
- Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic installations, fire suppression systems, emergency response plans.
- Electrical testing
- Managing cost reduction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Minitab, Oracle (for purchase orders), desirable
- Experience using MP9, desirable.
