Laminating Technician - Night Shift

Purpose of the Role As a Laminating Technician, you will play a vital role in producing high‑quality composite components for current and future Formula 1 cars. Working to maintain high standards and tight deadlines, your expertise will directly contribute to on‑track performance and the success of the team. What You’ll Do Manufacture composite laminated components for current and future F1 cars. Carry out laminating, vacuum bagging, and mould preparation activities. Manufacture, maintain, and prepare moulds to required standards. Operate autoclaves and follow prescribed production processes. Work safely at all times, adhering to health, safety, and quality standards. Flexibly support other teams and activities as workloads require.
