Product Developer/Project Manager (Turnkey/Fragrance)

We are currently looking for a Product Developer/Project Manager to join our New York Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new launches for full turnkey, stock packaging and/or accessories to insure on time delivery, at a targeted margin, within respect of the customers quality & timing expectations. In this role, you will: Organize Kick off meeting with Sales, Quality & NPD management (once brief is assigned) & define best approach (approved vendors, risk assessment…etc) Source accessory, packaging and/or formula based on customer brief. Source and vet vendors compatible with project and regulatory requirements Negotiate with suppliers to get the right cost to meet IBG target margins & customer target price Prepare Costing sheets & monitor target margin. Request samples and compare for quality and performance before submitting to customer. Work with Quality/Regulatory team to ensure formula meets customer blacklist and is compliant with country of sell. Manage & lead new WON projects to meet expected target. Lead Communication between with Internal & External teams Create, monitor & communicate Timeline/Critical Path with Internal & External Teams
