You care deeply about craft, design, and storytelling, and thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas are built together. We wound love to hear from you! If you come as a team with a Mid-Level Copywriter, even better. We’d love to meet you both. Responsibilities Contribute to LG2’s creative excellence by taking an active part in all steps of the creative process, from the initial brief to the final presentation and production follow-up. Lead and oversee every stage of production autonomously to ensure world-class visual craft and an irreproachable quality of the final output. Present work in a convincing manner that reflects the strategic thoughtfulness, depth, and relevance of our creative endeavors. Communicate and collaborate seamlessly across disciplines with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Share your knowledge and inspire the team daily, while mentoring and supervising the activities and growth of junior creatives. Support new business initiatives by proactively contributing to pitches and uncovering new creative opportunities for the agency. Ideal Profile 2-4 years experience in Advertising Proven experience in design, art direction, and developing concepts for mid- to large-scale multi-platform advertising campaigns. Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital design tools (Sketch or equivalent). Exceptional aesthetic sense and a true craftsman’s eye for detail, from meticulous typography and layout to precise color systems and kerning. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex communication challenges and address them with innovative solutions. An exuberant work ethic and continuous curiosity for popular culture, new technologies, and emerging forms of storytelling. An open-minded, collaborative team player who welcomes feedback with ease and views every challenge as an opportunity for improvement.
