Team: Clubs, National Teams, and Players Activity: Full-time Role grade: Senior Specialist (5) Direct reports: 0 Indirect reports: 0 Reporting to: Senior Manager Clubs and Players Role location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Purpose: As the Senior Specialist Player Experience, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of Esports Foundation’s player experience initiatives across flagship programs, including EWC, ENC, and year-round player activations. You will help ensure players receive a smooth, professional, and premium experience across all touchpoints - from onboarding and communication to on-site support and post-event engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to the execution of player experience programs, hospitality standards, and operational processes that reinforce EF’s commitment to excellence, consistency, and player care across global esports ecosystems. Duties and Responsibilities Lead practical on-site coordination for player hospitality, transportation, arrivals, accreditation, lounges, practice environments, and issue resolution during live events. Conduct operational assessments of player-facing environments to ensure esports-specific needs and title ecosystem requirements are properly addressed. Support player logistics planning and execution across international participants, teams, and stakeholders. Act as a first-line operational support for player concerns, troubleshooting issues in real time during events and activations. Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness of all player-facing operational elements. Monitor ecosystem trends, player expectations, and title-specific operational requirements, providing practical updates and recommendations to the line manager. Maintain high responsiveness and flexibility in fast-changing live event environments across multiple game ecosystems. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 4+ years in esports, team relations, and player operations. Experience managing top-tier esports clubs, professional players, and international activations is highly preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good understanding of esports ecosystems, player expectations, and live event operations. Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational and operational coordination skills with attention to detail. Service-oriented and hospitality-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly during live event operations. Comfortable working across regions, cultures, and time zones. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with operational reporting, feedback collection, and process improvement practices. Prior experience of working in KSA. Fluent in Arabic and English.
